We fabricate ductile iron pipe to AWWA C115/ANSI A21.15. This standard lists the parameters for fabricated ductile iron pipe used in process piping in water and sewage treatment. 3" - 54" Class 53 pipe is flanged, grooved, or otherwise made to customer's specs and lined with cement, glass, or Protecto 401 to meet all applications. The inventory of ductile iron pipe is cement-lined in accordance with AWWA C104/ANSI A21.4. We also inventory or have available Class 54, 55 and 56 ductile iron pipe.

Exterior coatings include standard tar (bituminous), Tnemec primers and epoxy's as well as other speciality coatings as requested by engineers and/or the end user.

Flanges conform to class 125 ANSI B16.1 and can be bolted up to all class 125 or (steel) class 150 flange applications. All grooved pipe meet the dimensions and standards of AWWA C606.

Fast Fabricators can supply pipe in lengths from fillers to full length (a full 20 foot, in most sizes).
